Gray Fox Body FurUse fox guard hairs for tailing on nymphs, or wings on streamers and steelhead flies. Similar to natural squirrel tail, fox is more lively in the water and ties in easily. The underfur makes great dubbing, similar to the cheek hairs on a hare's mask. Our favorite use is to collar the front of tarpon flies such as a "Key's Style" Cockroach.
